Belthinc (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a private social application that allows users to share posts within closed friend circles. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

• Account Details — your name and email address, together with the profile and cover photos you choose to upload.
• Phone Number — collected during registration and linked to your account. Used for account creation and verification.
• Photos and Videos — content you choose to upload and share within your private circles. Linked to your account identity.
• Content You Create — posts, comments, reactions, voice notes and private messages exchanged with your friends.
• Location — collected only when you choose to share it, such as a check-in post or a location message. We do not track your location in the background.
• Device Information — your device model and a push notification token, so that we can deliver the notifications you have asked for and show you which devices are signed in to your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to operate core app functionality: account authentication and verification, sharing your content with the friends you have accepted, and delivering the notifications you have enabled. We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics.

Data Storage

Your data is currently stored securely on our private servers located in Frankfurt, Germany. We may migrate storage infrastructure to reputable cloud providers (such as Amazon Web Services) in the future to improve reliability and performance, without changing our data protection commitments.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your posts, comments and messages are visible only to people you have accepted as friends — never to strangers, and never through a public discovery feed.

Account Deletion

Users may request full account and data deletion by contacting us at info@belthinc.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your posts, comments, messages and uploaded media from our servers.

Age Requirement

Belthinc is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
